MercyOne is dedicated to serving patients with convenient access and personalized care. So, in an effort to enhance that quick and easy access, MercyOne created the Symptom Checker, a physician-backed digital tool to help consumers determine if they need to see a doctor.
This online resource allows you to check your symptoms and find care just by typing in how you are feeling in your own words. MercyOne looked to Meyocks for a marketing diagnosis to help spread the word about this digital service.
To support promotion of the Symptom Checker and to drive online appointment scheduling, Meyocks implemented a digital media buy to reach in-market consumers — those actively searching for info related to symptoms they were experiencing.
Paid social and search ads were implemented to drive trial. Paid social creative focused on key symptoms based on search volume — those looking for symptom checkers, fatigue/tiredness, sore throat and stomach issues.
To maximize the effectiveness of paid search ad quality and relevancy scores, Meyocks worked with MercyOne to add keywords on the Symptom Checker landing page.
